Our homepage includes a quote request widget provided directly by Bark.com. When you use it to request quotes, your details (such as your name, contact details, address, postcode, and the trade you need) are submitted directly to Bark.com — they do not pass through Trader Quotes' own systems, and we do not store or have access to them. If you use our contact form, we collect the following, which we process ourselves:

Automatically collected data

If you consent to analytics and affiliate-tracking cookies via our cookie banner, we (and our providers Google Analytics and Awin) may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser/device type, and pages visited. We do not collect any special category data (such as health information, financial details, or payment card numbers).

Awin (Affiliate Window)

We use Awin's affiliate tracking platform to manage our commercial relationship with Bark.com. Awin may process technical data (such as clicks and referral information) as part of delivering the Bark.com quote widget on this Site. Their privacy policy is available at awin.com/gb/legal.

Formspree

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a form-handling service, which delivers your message to our inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Hosting Provider (IONOS)

Our website is hosted by IONOS SE. As our hosting provider, IONOS processes data that passes through our server (including IP addresses and contact form submissions) as a data processor on our behalf.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain contact form messages for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are securely deleted.

We do not hold quote request data at all, since it is submitted directly to Bark.com and never reaches our systems. Bark.com's own retention practices apply to that data — see their privacy policy.

If you ask us to delete your data before this period, we will do so within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
